-Winemaker’s Dinner at Moraine Winery – September 15th, 2023-

Be ready for an unforgettable experience that marries the finest flavors of our wines with the culinary artistry of the acclaimed Chef Darin Paterson, former owner-chef of much loved “Bogner’s of Penticton.” This unique event promises an evening of elegance, taste, and camaraderie as we bring together our award-winning library wines and a specially curated menu that showcases the best of local, seasonal ingredients.

Wine Pairing: This culinary event starts with a welcome drink of our sparkling wine, Shipuchka Frizzanté, and it leads into two sets of vertical tastings (Riesling and Reserve Pinot Noir) that will leave you speechless. And, for the main course, we will be bringing out some of our favorites from Moraine’s library wines (the varietal will be a delightful surprise). The dessert pairing will be our house special – our Ratafia. Every sip and bite are a celebration of the senses.

Culinary Pairing: Enjoy this event with a 4-course meal specially prepared by Chef Darin Paterson. Each course will be served to you in a seated format.
